Four IP44 external sockets rotted through the gasket line after three seasons. Replaced with IP66 marine-grade enclosures and stainless fixings. Consumer unit terminations re-torqued at the same visit.
C2 on missing bathroom supplementary bonding, C3 on plastic-enclosure consumer unit. Bonding installed same day. Consumer unit swap scheduled for later this month. Report re-issued satisfactory.
12 fire-rated IC-rated IP65 downlights on trailing-edge dimmer, separate under-cabinet strip on its own driver and switched feed. Existing dimmable-flicker problem solved.
Legacy rod corroded through, RCD trip times marginal. New 1.2m copper rod bonded to consumer unit main earth. Ze re-tested at 22 ohms. All final circuits Zs within tabulated limits.
