What we collect.
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we retain your name, contact number, address or postcode and any details you provide about the job, for the purpose of quoting and delivering the work. We do not sell, share or transfer personal data to third parties.
How long.
Quote enquiries: 12 months. Completed job records including certificates: 7 years (industry standard and HMRC requirement). EICR reports: retained indefinitely on request for future property transactions.
Cookies and analytics.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate visitor patterns (page views, referring source, general location, device type). No personally identifying information is passed to Google. You can opt out via your browser's Do-Not-Track setting or a browser extension.
Your rights.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@dealelectrical.co.uk.
